1. Eligibility for Return or Refund

 

1.1 Course Fee Refunds

 

• Refunds are applicable only if the refund request is initiated within 90 days from the date of enrollment.

 

• To qualify for a refund, students must fulfill the following criteria:

 

• Completion of the full course as per the prescribed curriculum.

 

• Submission of all required documents and participation in the assessment test conducted by Veerstox.

 

1.2 Assessment Test Requirement

 

• Students must score a minimum of 50% in the assessment test to be eligible for a refund.

 

• The test will cover course material and adhere to a format similar to the NISM exam, with negative marking for incorrect answers.

 

1.3 Non-Eligibility Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

 

• Failure to complete the course.

• Failure to meet the minimum score in the assessment test.

• Violation of platform guidelines or test rules.

• Mismatch in registration details and submitted bank account information.

 

2. Refund Application Process

 

2.1 Required Documents To initiate a refund, students must submit:

 

• A completed refund application form.

 

• Bank account details (account number, IFSC code, etc.).

• A copy of PAN card and Aadhar card for verification.

 

2.2 Refund Submission Timeline

 

• Refund applications must be submitted within the 90-day eligibility period.

• Late submissions will not be entertained under any circumstances.

 

2.3 Processing Time

 

• Approved refund will be Credited within 20 days from the date of eligibility confirmation.

 

3. Policy Changes Due to Regulations

 

3.1 Veerstox reserves the right to modify or terminate the refund policy in compliance with government regulations. Any changes will take effect immediately and will apply to all ongoing and future refund requests.

 

4. Non-Refundable Charges

 

4.1 Taxes

 

• The 18% GST charged at the time of enrollment is non-refundable.

 

4.2 Additional Fees

 

• Any transaction charges, bank fees, or other administrative costs incurred during the enrollment or refund process are non-refundable.

 

5. Conditions for One-Time Assessment Test

 

5.1 Students are allowed only one attempt at the assessment test. No retakes or rescheduling will be permitted.

 

5.2 Any use of prohibited devices, such as mobile phones or smartwatches, during the test will result in immediate disqualification and ineligibility for a refund.

 

6. Limitations of Liability

 

6.1 Veerstox is not responsible for losses incurred due to misinterpretation of course content, trading techniques, or strategies taught in the course.

 

6.2 This course is for educational purposes only and does not guarantee profits or financial success. The stock market involves inherent risks, and students are responsible for their trading decisions.

 

7. Governing Law

 

This Return Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
