1. General Information

 

1.1 Veerstox provides online stock market education through its platform Veerstox.com.

1.2 By enrolling in our courses, you confirm that:

 

• You are at least 18 years old or have obtained consent from a legal guardian.

• You agree to these Terms and Conditions and any policies listed on our website.

 

2. Course Access and Use

 

2.1 Course content is delivered online through Veerstox.com and is accessible only to enrolled students.

2.2 Upon enrollment, students are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the course materials for personal, educational use only.

2.3 Sharing, copying, reproducing, or redistributing course content in any form without prior written consent from Veerstox is strictly prohibited.

2.4 Students cannot request an extension of course validity after it has expired. Once the validity period ends, students must re-purchase the course at the current price to regain access.

 

3. Payment and Fees

 

3.1 Course fees must be paid in full at the time of enrollment.

3.2 All payments are subject to applicable taxes, including 18% GST, which is non-refundable.

3.3 Veerstox reserves the right to change course fees at any time. However, fee changes will not affect students already enrolled in a course.

 

4. Refund Policy

 

Terms and Conditions for 100% Fee Refund Policy

 

4.1 Purpose of Refund Policy: This refund policy aims to provide students with the flexibility to request a refund if they find the course content or its quality unsatisfactory or feel the course is not worth the price. However, students must comply with the following terms and conditions to be eligible for a refund.

4.2 Eligibility Period: The refund policy is valid for 20 days from the date of enrollment.

4.3 Course Completion Requirement: To qualify for a refund, the student must have completed the entire course as per the prescribed curriculum.

4.4 Refund Application Process: Students must submit a refund application within the eligibility period. The following documents must be submitted along with the refund application:

 

• Bank account details (account number, IFSC code, etc.).

• A copy of their PAN card.

• A copy of their Aadhar card.

 

4.5 Matching Registration and Bank Details: The name on the registration profile must match the name on the bank account provided for the refund. If the registration name and bank account details differ, or incorrect details were provided during registration, the student will be deemed ineligible for a refund.

4.6 Assessment Test: Students must appear for an assessment test conducted at the Veerstox institute in Ahmedabad. The test will be based on the course content and financial markets. The test structure will follow a format similar to the NISM exam, including negative marking for incorrect answers. To qualify for a refund, the student must score a minimum of 50% in the test.

4.7 Test Attempt Policy: Each student is allowed only one attempt for the test. No additional attempts or retakes will be provided under any circumstances.

4.8 Prohibited Devices During the Test: The use of electronic devices such as mobile phones, smartwatches, Bluetooth devices, or similar gadgets during the test is strictly prohibited. If a student is caught using or in possession of such devices during the test, they will be disqualified from the refund process and deemed ineligible for a refund.

4.9 Refund Processing Timeline: Upon successful completion of the test and verification of all submitted documents, the credit amount will be initiated within 60 days from the date of eligibility

4.10 Non-Refundable Charges:

• 18% GST charged at the time of enrollment is non-refundable.

• Any additional taxes or fees incurred by the institute are also non-refundable.

4.11 Final Decision: In case of any disputes or controversies regarding refund eligibility or process, the decision of Veerstox will be final and binding.

4.12 Non-Eligibility for Refund: Students will be deemed ineligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete the course.

• Failure to submit the required documents.

• Failure to achieve the minimum score in the test.

• Violation of test rules or guidelines.

• Mismatch in registration and bank details.

 

4.13 Test Scheduling and Compliance: Upon review and approval of the refund application, Veerstox will arrange a date and time for the test. Students must appear for the test on the scheduled date and time. No rescheduling will be permitted.

4.14 Policy Changes Due to Government Regulations: If government laws or regulations restrict or mandate changes to the refund policy, Veerstox reserves the right to terminate or modify the refund policy accordingly.

 

5. User Responsibilities

 

5.1 By enrolling in a course, you agree to:

 

• Provide accurate personal information during registration.

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• Use the website and course content for lawful purposes only.

 

5.2 Misuse of the website, including attempts to disrupt services or access unauthorized data, will result in immediate termination of access.

 

6. Intellectual Property

 

6.1 All course materials, videos, documents, and website content are the intellectual property of Veerstox.

6.2 Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

 

7.1 Veerstox does not guarantee any specific financial results from using our courses or services.

7.2 Veerstox will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

7.3 Veerstox acknowledges that mistakes may happen as we are human and may inadvertently teach something incorrect. In such cases, any financial losses incurred by students as a result of such errors are not the responsibility of Veerstox.

7.4 Veerstox designs its courses in compliance with SEBI guidelines. However, no assurance or guarantees are provided regarding the course outcomes. This course is intended solely for educational purposes, aiming to educate participants about the stock market.

7.5 Techniques or strategies taught in the course do not guarantee profits. If students experience any financial losses while using these techniques or strategies, Veerstox will not be held responsible. The stock market is inherently uncertain, and nothing is 100% guaranteed.
